Monthly Zoom calls (60min) with an individual leader, focusing on their inner life, unpacking what’s going on underneath the surface, and noticing God in the midst of the chaos and uncertainty of church planting.
“Over the past three years, I’ve had the great privilege of being regularly coached by Alex. Initially, we spoke about concrete challenges in my day-to-day work as a church planter, where I constantly had to juggle many different tasks. My goal was simply to organize everything better. But as our conversations went on, I gradually realized that much deeper issues and questions were hidden underneath: Who am I, really?
