A Year of Transformation.
Launching in April 2026, the Quiet Heart Fellowship Year is a one-year journey for leaders who long to rediscover spiritual leadership —born not out of charisma, gifts, or clever marketing skills, but out of God’s transforming presence in your life.
TRANSFORMATION ISN’T A
KNOWLEDGE ISSUE.
INVITING GOD to do some deeper work in us requires dedicated time and space, external voices, and a community of fellow travelers.
THE FELLOWSHIP YEAR provides space and structure to make significant, long-lasting steps on your journey of transformation.
A small cohort of 6-7 leaders.
Three learning modules, each spanning a duration of four months.
Each module launches with a 3-day retreat.
Weekly/bi-weekly Zoom calls.
Surrounded by seasoned guides: an Allender Center Trauma Care Specialist (Module 1), a Capable Life Systems Coach (Module 2), and a seasoned Church Planter/Spiritual Director (all Modules).

A Secure Identity
Leading out of your life story
and who you are becoming.
True spiritual leadership begins with a deep awareness of who we are. Our “first formation” has shaped how we see ourselves, others, and God. But when we begin to see our story through the lens of Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection, something powerful happens: We’re invited into transformation — and freedom.
Led by an Allender Center Trauma Care Specialist , in Module I you will:
Understand how you have been formed in your past (by your family of origin, life events, etc.), and how ingrained narratives / deep-seated beliefs can lead us to live out of a “false self.”
Look at your life story through the lens of Jesus’ story as a tool to better understand God’s transformative work in your life and how it is setting you up for future fruit.
Discover the unique values and convictions God has deposited in you through your unique story.
Discern how your past experiences inform how God will use you redemptively in the future.
Learn to embrace who you are and who you are not, through a better understanding of your personality, gifts, and limitations.

A quiet heart
Leading with a well-sorted heart
and a non-anxious presence.
Leadership brings out our deepest beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world. In order to be more helpful than harmful, we need to understand and lead our hearts well. The more we can learn how to show up defined and connected (with our true selves and an open heart for others), the more we can represent Jesus and lead well.
Led by a Capable Life Systems Coach, in Module II you will:
Develop deeper self-awareness by noticing what is going underneath the surface and how it affects how you show up and lead
Learn how to recognize, name, and process emotions as they arise, especially under pressure, as well as how to deal with difficult emotions (specifically grief, anger, and disillusionment).
Understand burnout, its stages, symptoms, and ways to prevent it early.
Grow in your ability to be a non-anxious presence by becoming aware of your anxiety triggers and responses, as well as those in others.
Learn to be self-differentiated by making your voice and perspective heard while staying connected.
Learn to focus on how you show up (or want to represent yourself) rather than how everyone else is acting or thinking.
Develop a greater capacity to lead in emotionally challenging situations using emotional understanding to navigate conflict effectively.
Learn to lead from a place of transformation rather than human striving.

Spiritual formation
Leading out of an awareness of God’s presence, enabled by spiritually healthy rhythms.
Healthy leadership requires an intensely robust spiritual life. Spiritual formation isn’t something we “add on” to our leadership; it’s the very soil from which it grows. But for that to happen, our life has to consist of daily, weekly, and yearly rhythms to be with God, to rest and retreat, to let one’s soul get nourished by His love.
Led by a seasoned spiritual director, in Module III you will:
Move from exhaustion to renewal by prioritizing your spiritual health.
Reconnect with God in a way that energizes rather than drains your leadership.
Develop sacred rhythms that sustain you for the long haul.
Understand your own wiring and limitations as God’s gifts.
Discern God’s presence and guidance amidst fast-paced ministry.
join us for the journey.
Mark your calendars for April 27-30, 2026!
